My company Aptiv recently splitted into two. Aptiv and Cyprium - and I am now a Cyprium employee. My sick leave from 15/12/2025 to 15/12/2025 has not been processed because, as of 03/11/2025, I was transferred from Art. 23 to Cyprium, and the medical certificate was issued with an incorrect tax ID number. I am requesting the Doctor to issue the certificate with the correct Cyprium tax ID: 676-27-05-653.
